All paid services need a credit card on file to hold the appointment. Cards will not be charged until service is completed. Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Cash & Checks accepted.  You may be able to use an HSA/FSA account - check with your plan.

Complimentary 30 min consultation - In person or Online/phone

For people new to myofascial release who have questions and are considering becoming clients. This is can be either a face to face meeting at the studio, OR a VIRTUAL 30 min CALL or ZOOM meeting to learn more about MFR, and have questions answered. In person it also often includes 5 - 10 minute sample of work, not available virtually. This is an informational meeting, not a bodywork session. One Hour Myofascial Release Session $100.00

This type of work is done clothed and works best if you wear or bring to change into a pair of shorts and for women, a sports bra or loose tank top. NEW CLIENTS allow an extra 30 minutes for the intake process at your first appointment.

One Hour Myofascial Release - Package Session or Gift Certificate Redemption

Use this option to redeem a pre-paid package session or a gift certificate. Pre-paid packages of 5 sessions available for $450, a savings of $50. Packages to be used within a year of purchase. Unused sessions can be used as a credit toward the full current price of a session the same length as purchased in the package. Packages are non-transferable.

A longer session to allow more areas or for more complex issues.  This type of work is done clothed and works best if you wear or bring to change into a pair of shorts and for women, a sports bra or loose tank top.
